Method of Implant Insertio

DESCRIPTION

The most common breast implant methods are periarolar, inframammary and transaxillary.  Breast implants are also possible through the navel, but less common as they pose more of a risk.  The most frequent is inframammary, which involves an small cut under the breast, which will leave a small scar.  The second method is transaxillary, which put the incision in the armpit, which is done to make scaring minimal.  The final method is periarolar, which involves an incision around the nipple area. Although this method can reduce scarring, it can also lead to severe damage of tissue, which may affect breast feeding.  For all the implants, breast feeding may be affected if the implant is place above the muscle and tissues of the breast.
